What is Dance To Fitness?
Dance to Fitness is a fun, easy dance class with
back & core strengthening and "HIIT" cardio folded in.
(And disguised as dance as much as possible!)
First and foremost, it's about having fun dancing!
But as a very close second,
it's about all the health benefits you'll receive from
the"HIIT", Strength and Toning portion of the class!
What is each class like?
Each class is divided into 3, 15-20 minute sections:
1st: Fun dances
2nd: HIIT, strength and toning
3rd: More fun dances!
Who is this class for?
Those who love to dance!
No formal training or experience expected!
All ages! If you think you're too old, you're especially invited!
Those who want to improve their health and fitness,
yet want to feel relaxed and have fun at the same time!
Those that aren't interested in formal
dance technique!
Those that aren't interested in a more intense class
like Zumba, but would still enjoy some high energy!
